As we have found out, famous British manufacturer of luxury motor yachts, Sunseeker, is working on a new project since the beginning of this year. The project is known as Sport Yacht line. Although the official launch of this new line was expected during the summer 2013. it seems that was a bit too optimistic.
During July 2013 the information leaked saying that the model number 1 was successfully moved out of the mould in Sunseeker shipyard in Poole, Dorset. Today, four months later, the interior work is almost completely done.
Regarding the accommodation, Sunseeker Sport Yacht will have place for accommodating up to 8 people and 4 crew members.
Sunseeker Sport Yacht 101 launch date is scheduled for the first half of the February 2013. It should be enough time, eight weeks to be more precise, to make final testing in Poole, on the south of England so the yacht could be delivered during F1 Grand Prix in Monte Carlo, Monaco.
This beauty on the sea will power two MTU engines with 2440hp, providing enough power for maximum speed of 30 knots or cruising speed of 24 knots.
Our conclusion is that it will not take too long until this yacht becomes classic.
We just can not wait to see her cruising along Adriatic!
