Located on the southern slopes of Marjan hill, just across western part of Split's main seaside promenade Riva, this marina provides top service in outstanding surround. Some people baldly say this marina is located in the prettiest part of Split bay. When you disembark, it takes something like 10 minutes of slow walk from the marina to historical city center. On the main part of the promenade, let's call it central Riva you get to choose what do you want to do: blend with locals and tourist, sit and have a drink in one of many bars there, walk around Diocletian's palace on your own or have a guided tour that takes comfortable 2 hours. If we may suggest, guided tour is the best option as you get to hear impressive story about 1700 years’ old history. Some of the main sightseeing spots are: substructures of Diocletian’s palace, Peristil square, Vestibul, Golden Gates, People’s Square, Fish market, Prokurative…
On the other hand, if you are more into gastronomy and gastro delights in general we will gladly recommend some nice restaurant offering local specialties.

Split – Yacht Charter Center
As we wrote in previous article about Split, it presents true center of yacht and luxury yacht charter in Croatia. Mainly because of the city's geographic position – in the middle of the Eastern Adriatic coast – but also because of its size, importance, long history and tourist significance. It is easily reachable from any part of the world through Split international airport (26 kilometers away/30 minute drive), international ferry port, train and bus station and highway A1. Even Zadar international ariport is close (120 kilometers / 1h 15 minute drive).
Approaching from Sea
When you are approaching the marina and the city from the sea fell free to orientate yourself with help of landmarks that can easily be spotted: bell tower of the Cathedral of St. Dujam right in the city center and Sustipan Cape on west (port) side. The entrance to the city port is wide and provides enough space for most demanding and complex maneuvers. ACI marina is extremely well protected by another breakwater inside the city port. The approach is easy and simple but we advise you, in good manner of nautical tradition, to consult the navigation maps.
